Terms of Service

Last updated: March 14, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StackDeal at stackdeal.co ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StackDeal is a promo code aggregator that scrapes publicly available promotional codes for SaaS products, verifies them using automated browser testing, and presents working discounts to users. We do not manufacture, guarantee, or have any official relationship with the vendors whose codes we surface.

3. Affiliate Disclosure (FTC Required)

StackDeal participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click a store link or use a promo code found on StackDeal, we may receive a commission from the vendor. This is how StackDeal funds its operations. Commissions do not influence which codes we display or their order of presentation. We comply with FTC guidelines on affiliate disclosure.

4. No Warranty on Promo Codes

Promo codes are scraped from public sources and verified at the time of collection. However:

  • Codes may expire or be deactivated by the vendor at any time
  • Discounts may only apply to specific plans, billing cycles, or new accounts
  • StackDeal makes no guarantee that any code will work at time of use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or republish StackDeal content in bulk without permission
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any rate limiting or access controls
  • Submit false information via any form on the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The StackDeal name, logo, and site design are proprietary. Promo codes themselves are not our intellectual property — they belong to the respective vendors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost savings from expired codes, missed discounts, or decisions made based on information found on StackDeal.

8. Third-Party Links

StackDeal links to third-party vendor websites. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, or policies of those sites. Clicking an affiliate link takes you off StackDeal and onto a vendor's platform — their terms apply from that point.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business.
