By accessing or using StackDeal at stackdeal.co ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.2. Description of Service
StackDeal is a promo code aggregator that scrapes publicly available promotional codes for SaaS products, verifies them using automated browser testing, and presents working discounts to users. We do not manufacture, guarantee, or have any official relationship with the vendors whose codes we surface.3. Affiliate Disclosure (FTC Required)
StackDeal participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click a store link or use a promo code found on StackDeal, we may receive a commission from the vendor. This is how StackDeal funds its operations. Commissions do not influence which codes we display or their order of presentation. We comply with FTC guidelines on affiliate disclosure.4. No Warranty on Promo Codes
Promo codes are scraped from public sources and verified at the time of collection. However:
- Codes may expire or be deactivated by the vendor at any time
- Discounts may only apply to specific plans, billing cycles, or new accounts
- StackDeal makes no guarantee that any code will work at time of use
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or republish StackDeal content in bulk without permission
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any rate limiting or access controls
- Submit false information via any form on the Service
